What Our MMA Training Covers
Our San Jose MMA program is structured around the situations you'll actually face. Striking for MMA isn't the same as pure kickboxing. you need to strike with takedown awareness, manage distance differently, and know when to close versus when to create space. We drill wall work scenarios, takedown entries from the clinch, ground-and-pound positioning, and how to chain techniques across ranges.
